Information We Collect

We may collect your name, email, WhatsApp number, company name, address, website (optional), lead request details, uploaded documents, and payment confirmation details required to operate this platform.

Google OAuth (Sign in with Google)

If you choose “Continue with Google”, we receive limited Google account information to create/login to your LeadLab account. This includes your Google account unique identifier (Google “sub”), your name, and your email address. We do not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, contacts, or any other Google services.

Data Accessed (Google User Data)

When you use Google OAuth, the Google user data we access and store is limited to:

We only request the Google OAuth scopes: openid, email, profile.

Data Usage (Purpose)

We use Google-provided name/email to create and manage your account, and we store your Google “sub” to securely link your LeadLab account with your Google login for future sign-ins. We do not sell Google user data and we do not use it for advertising.

Data Sharing (Google User Data)

We do not sell Google user data. Google user data may be shared only with the following categories of recipients for service operation:

Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. Razorpay receives payment-related data required to process payments; we do not share your Google OAuth token with Razorpay.

Data Storage & Protection

We store account data (including Google “sub”, name, and email) in our database. We protect user data with access controls and secure sessions, and we hash passwords for non-Google accounts. Payment verification uses Razorpay signature verification. While we take reasonable measures to protect data, no system is 100% secure.

Data Retention & Deletion

Google user data (name, email, Google “sub”) is stored in our database for as long as your account remains active. If you want your account deleted, contact us using the email below and we will remove your account data within a reasonable time, subject to legal and payment record retention requirements.

How We Use Information

We use your information to create your account, process orders, communicate about your requests, and provide support.

Document Uploads

Upload only documents you are comfortable sharing. Documents are stored to support your lead request and are accessible to you and authorized admins for delivery and support.

Payments

Payments are processed via Razorpay. We do not store card details on our servers.

Sharing of Data

We share data only as needed to operate the service: with Razorpay for payment processing, and with authorized admins to fulfill your lead request. We do not sell your personal data.

Your Choices

You can update your profile details in your account. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us. For deletion requests, please email us from your registered email address with subject “Account Deletion Request”.
